If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns/exchanges.

Please provide original packing slip with order number, email and full name.
Ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days.
Receive a refund (please note shipping charges are non-refundable). 

You may return any item(s) purchased from the website within 30 days from the date you received the shipment, for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with original tags, gift box(for scarves) and packing slip enclosed. Re-use original packaging for easy and sustainable returns.

When returning your item, we recommend tracking and insuring your shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. In case of exchange, we will cover the shipping costs only when the exchange is due to an error from our end.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package returns/exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
