Shipping policy

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders placed above the amount of 1500 NOK.

Orders placed will ship within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped from our Nesodden office. We ship to all countries in Europe and throughout the United States. 

Framhus is not responsible for unforeseeable delays incurred as a result of the delivery service.

Any damages to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancies in the number of items should be immediately notified to us at info@framhus.com. Please include your order reference number in the email subject line. We will address the situation as soon as possible.

If your package is lost, please email us at info@framhus.com so we can contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue.

Shipments in Norway and Scandinavia:

Shipments within Norway and Scandinavia will ship via Posten/Bring. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order.

International shipping:

All other international orders will ship via UPS. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order after you receive your tracking number. The flat rate for international shipping is 250 NOK, unless the order is more than 1500 NOK which is free.

Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included. Please refer to your local postal service for rates, or calculate expected duties and taxes.
